We started to look for a house in early spring of 2013 and Brian helped us to find our dream home in a few months. No pressure, answered all our questions, never tried to I convince us one way or another. Best experience I've ever had with real estate company and I would recommend him to all my friends. I did recommend he change his personal brand to Prestige Worldwide Realty, somewhat disappointed that hasn't happened because I could have got him tickets to the Catalina Wine Mixer.

He was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He took time with me, we looked at a lot of houses, then he would go back with my grandparents once we had narrowed some choices down. He even recommended who we should use for our mortgage, not only was the person he recommended very professional they also came back with the best rates and options. This is our second property to purchase through him and he has been very helpful before, during, and after the purchase process. He provides very helpful counsel in all parts of the real estate purchase process.

Normally, I do not like to mix friendship with business but decided to give Brian a chance. Most salespeople will tell you what you want to hear. Brian told me what I needed to hear. He offered straightforward answers to my hard questions and gave his honest opinion about my decisions. After listing my "must haves" vs. "like to have", he guided me very well along the decision-making process as a first time home buyer. I would highly recommend him as an agent and would happily use his services again should the need arises for me.

For me, the quality that stood out to me the most about Brian is that he is a man of his word and follows through on what he says consistently. If a document was promised that day, it was received that day. If there was something he said he would follow up about, I would hear from him with an update the same day with all the information he could find. I value when people follow through on what they say. Brian was also very helpful in providing very reliable contractors who he has a personal working relationship such as roofers, yard crews, and handymen. All of this labor was exceptional. Someone who brings that level of service as well as excellent contractor contracts is a valuable asset. If I still lived in NWA, Brian would be my agent from now on.
